FRHS football desires to be the premiere football program in the state of Colorado. To achieve our vision, we must invest in our players; train them to be capable of achieving their highest potential on the field, in the classroom, in the community, and ultimately in life. We must be committed to teaching the little things necessary to be successful…To teach our players how to be CHAMPIONS!
As an essential part of our commitment, we proudly offer our annual summer player development program known as FRHS Football Summer Performance Camp. This camp exclusively focuses on player development and training.
Beyond the inherent physical benefits of athletic development, The Summer Performance Camp provides the opportunity to build relationships, camaraderie, trust, confidence and numerous other intangibles correlated to winning.

What to Expect
Strength & Speed Training
Six weeks of football specific strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Learn proper weight training technique, gain strength, gain flexibility, increase agility and speed.
What to Expect
Team Camp
Two-week padded team camp focused on fundamentals to prepare each athletes for the fall. Camp includes summer scrimmage at Douglas County HS on July 26th.

2024 Performance & Team Camp
Who: All student athletes interested in playing football at Fossil Ridge High School in the fall of 2024
What: Session 1 includes football specific drills, weight lifting, and conditioning to prepare each athlete for competition. Session 2 will be our padded team camp.
When: Session 1: June 3rd - July 12th
7:00 am - 9:00 am (Varsity)
9:00 am - 11:00 am (Frosh)
Session 2: July 15th - July 26th
4:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Where: Fossil Ridge HS
Cost: $50.00 per camper (Includes T-Shirt)
